How much are tickets?
Adults: $12.00 per adult
Seniors: $10.00 (senior card required)
Children 16 and under: Free with an adult (you must register your childs details when purchasing your tickets)
Companion Card Holders: Free (phone 46347288 before the event for details how to register)
Can I purchase tickets at the event?
No, due to COVID Safe practices, all tickets must be pre-purchased online.
Why are tickets only available online?
Tickets are only available online to reduce contact points and to record patron contact details in line with Covid tracing requirements. This is the new normal and a requirement under the COVID Safe Event Plan.
What if I do not purchase online ?
If you are unable to purchase your tickets online, you can pre-purchase your tickets over the phone on weekdays by phoning (07) 4634 7288. Please note that phone tickets are NOT available on weekends. You will need to complete a Covid Safe Questionnaire during the purchase and provide full contact details for possible Covid tracing purposes. Credit/Debit Card required.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Yes, every person entering the event must have a ticket with their contact details registered for possible COVID tracing purposes. Children 16 years and under are admitted free, but you will still need to register a ticket for them. Parents or guardians my use their own contact phone and email for the children they are registering.
Can I get a multiple day ticket?
No, all tickets are single day use only. To return on a second day you will need to purchase another ticket.
I didn't receive my tickets
If you purchased your tickets online but have not received them via email.
1. Check your Junk email folder.
2. Hotmail accounts often take longer.
3. Visit the re-send my tickets page.
4. Visit the request ticketing help page.
4. Or bring ID with you to the event, staff will check your details and re-issue a new ticket onsite.
Can I sell or give away my tickets?
No, all tickets are non transferable. The details registered against each ticket may be used for COVID tracing purposes. You are not permitted to sell or give your tickets to any other person.
Can companion card holders get in for free?
Yes. A paid or unpaid assistant or carer assisting the holder of a current Companion Card are admitted FREE. To apply for your free pass you will need to contact the Australian Events office on a weekday prior to the event opening (07 4634 7288) or visit the site office during the event. All careers will need to complete the online ticketing questionnaire to receive the pass.
Is this event Covid Safe?
This event is running under a COVID Safe Event Plan approved by the Central Queensland (Rockhampton) Public Health Unit. All patrons will need to abide by the COVID Safe rules as set out to attend this event. All patrons will need to pre-purchase their tickets online and complete a short COVID Safe questionnaire. If you do not pass the questionnaire or do not wish to comply with the COVID Safe rules, then you will not be permitted within this event. It is illegal to supply false information.
Are pets allowed at the event?
No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (excepting registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs). For details on conditions of entry, click here.
